About the Job

zerohash  is seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Global Head of Revenue Operations (RevOps) to build and scale the operational engine that drives predictable and sustainable revenue growth. This critical role will be responsible for optimizing the end-to-end revenue process across Sales, and Client Success, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and accurate data reporting in a complex, transaction-volume-driven, and highly regulated fintech environment.

The ideal candidate will combine deep experience in B2B SaaS/Fintech RevOps with a strong understanding of how to manage a revenue model based on both usage/transaction volume (zerohash’s  core product) and traditional enterprise sales.

Responsibilities
  • Strategy, Planning, and Process Optimization (Go-to-Market)
    • Design, document, and manage the end-to-end revenue process, from lead generation and qualification through contracting, invoicing, and renewal/expansion.
    • Collaborate with the VP of Enterprise Sales and leadership to define annual GTM strategy, including territory planning, sales quotas, and compensation plan design across the global Sales and Client Success teams.
    • Drive continuous improvement and simplification of revenue workflows, particularly around client onboarding, regulatory compliance handoffs, and product integration processes.
    • Act as a strategic partner to global sales teams across all business verticals.
  • Data Governance, Reporting, and Analytics
    • Own and maintain the integrity and accuracy of the CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and all GTM systems, serving as the strategic owner.
    • Develop, maintain, and automate key performance metrics (KPIs) and dashboards across the entire revenue funnel, including pipeline health, sales velocity, win/loss rates, account expansion, and churn.
    • Provide actionable insights to the executive team, forecasting revenue accurately based on the unique, usage-based fee structure tied to trading, payments, and staking volume.
    • Ensure that reporting accurately reflects the complex, multi-product revenue streams (e.g., Trading, Custody, Payments, Tokenization).
  • Tools, Systems, and Infrastructure
    • Evaluate, select, and manage the technology stack (e.g., CRM, Sales Engagement, Commission Software, Data Enrichment tools) to maximize GTM effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Integrate GTM systems with internal core systems (e.g., ERP, Billing, Compliance/KYC platforms) to ensure a seamless flow of data related to client activity, licensing, and transaction volume.
  • Enablement and Compliance Support
    • Partner with Product and Compliance teams to operationalize new product launches and regulatory requirements within the sales process.
    • Develop and implement standardized sales collateral, training materials, and playbooks to accelerate sales cycles and ensure messaging consistency.
    • Oversee the contracting process (in partnership with Legal), ensuring standardized agreements and efficient management of bespoke client regulatory needs.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or FinTech company, preferably one with an API/infrastructure or consumption-based revenue model.
  • Expert-level proficiency in CRM administration and architecture (Salesforce required).
  • Deep analytical skills, including mastery of business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and advanced Excel/SQL capabilities to handle complex dataset analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, influence stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product, and drive accountability across GTM teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data and process issues clearly to executive leadership.
  • Familiarity with the digital asset or regulated financial services landscape is a strong plus, particularly in understanding KYC/AML, regulatory compliance, and transaction settlement processes.

About zerohash

zerohash is the leading crypto and stablecoin infrastructure platform and the operating system for digital money, powering the next generation of financial services. Founded in 2017, zerohash enables banks, brokerages, fintechs, and payment companies to offer crypto trading, stablecoin payments, and tokenized assets without having to build or manage complex blockchain infrastructure on their own.
The zerohash platform supports three core pillars: Trade, Transact, and Tokenize. Through a single integration, customers can launch regulated crypto buy, sell, and custody services; enable 24/7 stablecoin-based funding, payouts, and settlement; and issue and manage tokenized assets with built-in compliance, risk controls, and reporting. By abstracting away technical, regulatory, and operational complexity, zerohash allows partners to treat digital assets as just another financial primitive: fast, programmable, and global.
zerohash is trusted by some of the world’s most recognized financial and consumer brands, including Interactive Brokers, Morgan Stanley, Stripe, Franklin Templeton, BlackRock, DraftKings, Gusto, Worldpay, Kalshi, One Pay, among others. Today, zero infrastructure supports millions of end users across brokerage, wealth, payments, and marketplace platforms globally.
The company is deeply regulated and compliance-first, operating across the U.S. and internationally with licenses and approvals that allow partners to enter crypto and stablecoins with confidence. zerohash has become a trusted partner for enterprises seeking to modernize financial products while meeting the highest standards for security, risk management, and regulatory oversight.
To date, zerohash has raised over $280 million in funding from a mix of leading venture firms and strategic investors, including Morgan Stanley, Interactive Brokers, SoFi, Point72 Ventures, Bain Capital Crypto, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and more.
zerohash has been featured in top-tier media outlets such as Bloomberg, CNBC, The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Reuters, Forbes, and CoinDesk, and its leadership team regularly contributes to global conversations on the future of payments, investing, and financial infrastructure.
At zerohash, we're building the infrastructure that makes digital money work securely, compliantly, and at global scale.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
