Position Summary:
The Global Head of Digital Creative is a visionary leader responsible for translating SprintRay’s mission and innovation into powerful, emotionally resonant, and visually striking digital experiences. This senior role leads all aspects of creative execution—spanning brand identity, campaign development, product marketing assets, content creation, and digital storytelling—across global markets.
You will build and mentor a high-performing in-house creative team and serve as the guardian of our visual and brand voice. This is a unique opportunity to drive creative excellence across a fast-growing global med-tech company while contributing directly to business outcomes such as lead generation, product adoption, and market share growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy & Brand Vision
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global creative strategy that reflects SprintRay’s brand positioning and business objectives.
- Set the overarching creative vision for all digital and print content, ensuring visual consistency across all customer touchpoints—from web, social, and advertising to events and packaging.
- Translate complex dental and 3D printing technology into visually compelling and emotionally engaging brand narratives.
- Build, lead, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team including designers, videographers, copywriters, animators, and digital content creators.
- Establish workflows, processes, and tools that scale creativity and efficiency across regional and functional teams.
- Cultivate a high-performance, feedback-driven culture rooted in innovation, inclusion, and continuous learning.
- Lead the development of global brand campaigns, digital launches, trade show experiences, customer education assets, and sales/marketing enablement tools.
- Oversee production of creative assets for all channels: video, animation, email, web, photography, social media, print, and motion graphics.
- Develop a creative center of excellence that delivers high-quality, timely, and scalable assets for global execution.
- Own and evolve SprintRay’s visual identity system, tone of voice, and brand standards documentation.
- Ensure brand integrity and creative consistency across all internal and external communications.
- Act as brand steward in cross-functional teams, coaching other departments on visual standards and storytelling techniques.
- Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Digital Experience, Clinical Education, and Web teams to build experiences that convert and educate.
- Partner with Growth Marketing on creative optimization and testing strategies for paid media, email, and web.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on thought leadership, investor-facing design, and strategic communications.
- Stay current on design and digital trends, platforms, and best practices to keep SprintRay at the forefront of healthcare innovation.
- Introduce emerging tools and platforms (e.g., AI, AR/VR, 3D animation) that enhance storytelling and improve efficiency.
- Lead creative reviews, critique sessions, and postmortems to continuously improve output quality and team development.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Visual Arts, or related field; MFA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 10+ years of creative leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a global or digital-first organization.
- Proven track record building and scaling high-impact creative teams in healthcare, B2B tech, or med-tech.
- A portfolio that demonstrates breakthrough thinking across brand campaigns, multimedia content, product storytelling, and digital experiences.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, UI/UX best practices, production workflows, and platform-specific content.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and project management skills.
- Experience managing in-house and external creative teams across geographies.
- Passion for purpose-driven brands, healthcare innovation, and empowering professionals through education and design.
