Job Title: Global eCommerce Project Coordinator
Reports to: Manager, Global DTC Projects

Location: United States (Remote)

What You’ll Do

As a key player in our project delivery team, you will:

  • Own the Details: Partner with Program Leads to build and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation that keep our initiatives on track and aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders—from business leads to technical teams—to gather requirements, document processes, and drive execution.
  • Communicate with Clarity: Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Champion Change: Support training and adoption of new tools and processes that enhance our digital capabilities.
  • Drive Results: Use project management tools to prioritize tasks, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact projects.
What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who embodies our values and brings:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce or DTC operations—you understand the language of digital business.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills—you know how to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach—you don’t just identify problems, you help solve them.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bonus points for Project Management, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst certifications.

$28 - $30/hour

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in Goleta, CA. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
