We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Director of Sales to lead a team and expand Stability’s sales efforts globally. You’ll be accountable for our sales revenue goal, and be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC to achieve that goal. You’ll lead a team of account executives and sales development reps working closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to identify and capture new business opportunities, cultivate existing relationships, and build a pipeline of key customers in these regions.

What you’ll do…

  • Lead and manage a cross-functional team providing mentorship, coaching, professional development and performance evaluations.
  • Drive high-performance by setting clear goals, metrics, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales and growth targets.
  • Develop and implement the sales strategy for Stability’s products, aligning with overall company goals and growth targets.
  • Identify key market trends, emerging opportunities, and challenges within the generative media space to position the company’s products effectively.
  • Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations and partners, including C-suite executives and other senior leaders.
  • Support the team in landing new accounts and expanding existing contracts into  enterprise-wide agreements, ensuring long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, utilizing CRM tools and data analytics to track progress, measure success, and forecast future revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns, messaging, and sales enablement materials.
  • Work closely with product teams to ensure that Stability’s solutions are meeting customer needs and feedback is communicated effectively.
  • Coordinate with customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale satisfaction, resulting in high retention rates and customer loyalty.

On Day 1 we’ll expect you to have…

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B software sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience recruiting and leading a top-tier sales team in a startup environment.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring sales teams to consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas including setting the overall strategy and field/territory assignments.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, etc.) and sales performance analytics tools.
  • Experience selling into Media & Entertainment, Retail, or Advertising companies preferred but not required- ideally across customer segments (Enterprise, Mid-Market/SMB, Startup)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly data driven, entrepreneurial, and a desire to win

Compensation

The OTE for this role is around $400,000 with multipliers in place after 100% of target is met. Individual pay within the range is based on factors like job-related skills and experience. Total compensation also includes commission, stock options and benefits
