Role Overview

The Global Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for executing and scaling Solibri’s digital marketing across global and regional markets. This role owns the day-to-day execution of digital channels, including social media, paid campaigns, and website content, while also contributing directly to the creation and adaptation of content required to support campaigns and demand generation. Working closely with global marketing leadership, campaign and marketing operations functions, and regional stakeholders, this role translates strategic initiatives into high-quality, channel-ready execution across all digital touchpoints. The position plays a key role in strengthening Solibri’s inbound marketing performance by ensuring consistent execution, content availability, and continuous optimization across channels.
 

Key Responsibilities

1.     Digital Campaign Execution & Channel Ownership
• Execute global and regional campaigns across organic and paid channels
• Translate campaign messaging into channel-specific execution
• Ensure consistent rollout across direct and partner-led markets
• Own execution quality and performance across digital channels
 
 
2.     Social Media Management
• Own and maintain the global social media calendar (Sprout Social)
• Execute consistent posting across key regions
• Adapt global messaging to regional relevance while maintaining brand alignment
• Optimize engagement, reach, and performance
 
3.     Paid Media & Performance Marketing
• Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Develop and test ad copy aligned with ICP segments
• Optimize performance through structured testing and iteration
 
4.     Website Content & Digital Presence
• Own ongoing website updates and content management (CMS)
• Create and adapt content for pages, landing pages, and campaigns
• Align website content with SEO strategy and campaign messaging
• Improve conversion through continuous optimization
 
5.     Content Creation for Digital Channels
• Create and adapt content for:
o Social media o Campaign assets
o Paid ads
o Website and landing pages
• Translate strategic messaging into clear, channel-ready formats
• Ensure alignment with Solibri’s tone of voice and brand guidelines
 
6.     Collaboration & Execution Alignment
• Work closely with:
o Marketing Operations (automation, tracking)
o Global Programs Manager (campaign rollout)
o Field Marketing (regional execution) o Sales and CSM (feedback and relevance)
• Ensure alignment between global strategy and regional execution
 
7.     Measurement & Optimization
• Track performance across:
o Website traffic and engagement
o Campaign performance o Lead generation contribution
• Provide actionable insights to improve ROI and channel effectiveness

 
Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing within B2B or SaaS environments
  • Proven hands-on experience with:
      • Social media execution (organic and paid)
      • Paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
      • Website content management (CMS platforms)
  • Experience working with key marketing tools and platforms:
      • HubSpot (campaign execution, forms, workflows)
      • Salesforce (CRM alignment and lead flow understanding)
      • CMS platforms (e.g., Craft CMS or similar)
      • Sprout Social (or similar tools)
      • Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
      • SEO tools (e.g., SE Ranking or similar)
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create and adapt digital content
  • Ability to independently execute and publish content across channels
  • Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva)
  • Experience working in collaborative environments (Slack, Notion)
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage) 

 
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology-driven organizations
  • Experience working across international or multi-regional markets
  • Familiarity with AEC, BIM, or construction technology
  • Understanding of SEO, conversion optimization, and digital user journeys
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance into improvements
