* Job Summary
* We are a global technology company designing programs that work everywhere- and adapt where they must. The Global Total Rewards Manager will play a key role in researching, recommending, and implementing compensation and benefits programs for specific countries around the world, operating within the company's established global Total Rewards frameworks while ensuring alignment with local market and statutory requirements. This is a senior individual contributor role with global reach and significant executive visibility.
* What you'll do
* Compensation Program Design & Implementation - Research, recommend, and implement country-level compensation programs that align within the company's global compensation philosophy and frameworks. Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness while accounting for local practices and compliance requirements.
* Job Architecture & Leveling - Partner with HR and business leaders to evaluate roles, align job levels, and maintain consistency within the global job architecture.
* Market Pricing & Benchmarking - Lead market analyses using survey data; interpret global and local market trends to guide pay recommendations.
* Localization & Compliance - Adapt global compensation programs to meet statutory, cultural, and market-specific needs.
* Benefits Program Design & Implementation - Benchmark and recommend benefits programs for specific countries, working within the global benefits framework to balance global alignment with local relevance.
* Vendor & Cost Analysis - Research and recommend benefit vendors and partners; perform cost modeling and impact analysis to inform country-level program decisions.
* Program Rollout - Translate recommendations into action by developing rollout plans, coordinating with HR and business leaders to communicate and implement changes, and tracking outcomes for continuous improvement.
* Governance & Compliance - Ensure all compensation and benefits programs meet applicable local employment laws and reporting obligations.
* Advisory & Partnership - Serve as a trusted partner to regional HR and business leaders on Total Rewards topics; collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, and HR Operations.
* Adaptability - You thrive in the space between structure and flexibility- using global frameworks as a foundation, not a fence. You bring analytical depth, curiosity about local markets, and a practical approach to making global rewards work everywhere we operate.
* What we expect of you
* Bachelors degree and 5+ years of progressive experience in global compensation and benefits, ideally within a multinational organization and/or a consulting firm OR 9+ years of progressive experience in global compensation and benefits, ideally within a multinational organization and/or a consulting firm
* Deep understanding of job evaluation, global leveling frameworks, and market pricing methodology.
* Experience managing or advising on benefit programs across multiple countries.
* Proven ability to execute program rollouts- from planning and stakeholder alignment through communication and post-launch evaluation.
* Strong analytical, data interpretation, and financial modeling skills.
* Demonstrated ability to balance global consistency with local relevance.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or CCP/CBP/CEBS preferred. Pay range: $ 122,000 - $ 170,000 depending on experience and skill set Annual bonus target of 10% subject to terms and conditions of plan Benefits overview: https://cdw.benefit-info.com/ Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differentials
