About the Position
The Global Campaigns & ABM Manager is responsible for planning and managing the day-to-day execution of global marketing campaigns and account-based programs that support both new customer acquisition and growth within existing accounts. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including product marketing, corporate marketing, field marketing and sales to ensure campaigns are aligned with market opportunities and drive measurable results. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns, working within an ABM framework, and delivering results across key account segments.

Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of global campaigns by aligning audience segments, messaging, and offers to drive engagement, measurable impact, and qualified pipeline from priority accounts
- Manage the implementation of tailored ABM programs that engage specific target segments and support pipeline creation across new and existing accounts
- Work closely with product marketing, sales, field marketing, and RevOps to ensure campaign components are aligned with organizational priorities and go-to-market strategy
- Manage campaign deployment across digital, social, email, and web channels, ensuring message consistency and channel alignment for target accounts
- Collaborate with Marketing Ops and RevOps to evaluate campaign performance and make data-informed adjustments to improve results
- Deliver campaign performance reports and insights to key stakeholders, translating results into actionable recommendation
- Contribute to testing new channels, tactics, and content formats to improve campaign effectiveness and audience engagement
- Coordinate with regional teams to adapt global campaigns for local needs
Skills and Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on campaign management and ABM
- Demonstrated success managing integrated marketing campaigns that support pipeline and revenue goals
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics
- Proven ability to work across marketing, sales, and operations to align and execute campaigns
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and multiple stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense) and project management tools (e.g., Asana)
- Clear communicator with the ability to present insights, coordinate stakeholders, and execute with precision
Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
