Responsibilities:
Writing / Editing Accountabilities
- Provide support for the drafting, editing and/or distribution of press releases, executive communications and presentations, biographies, emails, social media posts, etc.
- Support development of annual Corporate Social Responsibility Report, including drafting and working with key stakeholders to finalize content, facilitating data collection, etc.
- Practice consistency, quality, and usage of best practices in all communications
- Participate in planning, strategy and execution efforts for corporate communications announcements
- Assist with executing email campaigns
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams, and to prioritize with tight deadlines
Analytics Reporting Accountabilities
- Track media coverage, engagement and reputation management through tools such as Cision and deliver key performance indicators
- Create reports and develop media metrics to help drive decision making and influence strategy
- Interpret data and identify trends over time
- Help define new data collection and analysis processes
Operational Accountabilities
- Help define and enforce communications best practices and thresholds
- Develop processes to help manage projects and organize requests/inquiries
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1-2 years of related experience preferably with Communications and Public Relations
- Strong proficiency (oral and written) in writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Eager to learn and become a subject matter expert re: the commercial real estate business/industry
- Strong skills in communication, following up, and building and leveraging relationships
- Ability to work effectively, efficiently and independently in a deadline-driven and dynamic office environment
- Professional, efficient and dependable
- Understands the importance of following timelines and is responsive to requests
- Takes initiative and provides excellent customer service and people skills to stakeholders
- Organization and time management skills
- Team player who works well in collaborative environment
- Detail-oriented with a proven ability to understand, synthesize and reorganize complex information

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
