Role Overview
Lead a large-scale migration initiative involving cross-functional coordination, technical enhancements, and seamless transition to CI via Unify. Expected duration through September 2026.
Expected Project Outcomes:
- On-time delivery of migration milestones
- Reduced risk of misalignment or rework
- Improved stakeholder satisfaction
- Successful Unify report support adoption by CI teams
- Efficient resource utilization and minimal business disruption with no impact to client satisfaction
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Drive the migration roadmap, align resources, manage dependencies, and proactively address technical gaps.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the central liaison with the Commercial organization, providing consistent updates and risk mitigation plans.
- Product Transition: Ensure accurate migration into Unify and partner with CI to validate report destinations and secure buy-in.
- Execution & Coordination: Manage migration pipeline and tooling (e.g., migration automation, Unify, etc.), coordinate with project team and Custom Report/Flat File teams for migration execution and validation.
- Ownership Transition: Facilitate a smooth handoff to CI and AM teams, ensuring long-term sustainability.
- Other duties as needed to ensure migration meets expected outcomes.
Requirements
- Unify Expertise: Deep knowledge of Unify across Online, Office, and DaaS environments.
- GM Model Experience: Proven experience building reports using GM models and understanding how the data is consumed across teams.
- Collaboration & Flexibility:
- Ability to work with US-based Unify engineering teams during CST hours.
- Flexibility to collaborate with EMEA Commercial teams and APAC-based report build and validation teams.
- Leadership & Teamwork:
- Strong team player who maximizes the capabilities of assigned resources.
- Skilled in facilitating discussions across all levels of leadership to ensure project outcomes are achieved.
- Exhibits strong leadership and teamwork by effectively managing time and multiple priorities, actively listening to team and stakeholder input, solving problems collaboratively, and communicating with clarity and confidence in both written and verbal forms.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The hourly range for this role is $65.00 USD to $70.86 USD.
