Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop the brand strategy and global tactical plan, budget management and execution of global key deliverables. Deliver specific and implementable guidance, tools and tactics
  • Fully accountability for at least one brand strategy. Lead the development and implementation of the strategic marketing for the brand
  • Applies strong commercial understanding of top markets and our biosimilar competition to brand management
  • Strong collaboration with development and manufacturing teams both internally and alliance partner team if appropriate
  • Ensure effective pro-active communication with key stakeholder in Global, Regions and markets
  • Monitor the market / product performance, competitive environment and customer base to quickly identify plan changes
  • Ensure effective pro-active communication with key stakeholder in Global, Regions and local markets
  • Forecast sales (including market, market share, pricing), supply volumes and risk and opportunities with a long-term view
  • Present to senior management on strategy, launch updates and action plans to address competitive threats and/ or market events
What you’ll bring to the role:Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (medicine, biology, chemistry, business or a similar field preferred). MBA or advanced degree (e.g. MS, Pharm D) preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/ biotech industry or equivalent experience
  • Strategic and Operational Marketing Experience required
  • Local country experience in a key market required (e.g., Customer facing roles, Operational Marketing)
  • Prior above country experience preferable (e.g., Regional Operations, Global Marketing)
  • Internationally-oriented: cultural awareness and sensitivity gained through working and living abroad is a plus.
  • Experience in Immunology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Neurology or Endocrinology is a plus
  • Experience working with partners is a plus
  • Experience in leading in a matrix is required
  • Proven ability to prioritize resource and deliver key activities in a highly competitive environment, including pragmatic, agile, flexible mindset
  • Proven ability to quickly adapt to fast changing environments
  • Proven ability to take accountability for a project or product, set the ambition and energize others to deliver against the objectives.
  • Strong communication skills including proven ability to work and communicate with senior executives
  • Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work cross-functionally and with country organizations, to align interests of multiple parties
