🤝 About the Global Partner role
As a Global Partner, your job is to find companies with remote or international teams that could benefit from Remote Health, start the conversation, and hand it off to our internal team. We handle everything from there — discovery, proposals, onboarding, payments, ongoing support.
If you have a few hours a day that aren't fully accounted for, you're resourceful and want to build something real, this might be the opportunity for you.
You're not selling insurance or advising on plans. You're simply starting the right conversation at the right moment.
👩‍💻 What You’ll Do
  • Identify companies that could benefit from Remote Health
  • Reach out to founders, HR leaders, or relevant decision-makers
  • Qualify the interest and hand off to our team

🧪 We are looking for someone who
  • Has a few hours a day they're not fully using and wants to change that
  • Is resourceful, finding the right people and figuring things out without being told exactly what to do
  • Is competitive and responds to visible progress and real results
  • Wants flexible income tied directly to the effort they put in
  • Cares about doing work that actually means something

🏆 What we offer
  • Performance-based income — historically, partners who invest around three focused hours a day have earned US$1,000 or more per month
  • Step-by-step training covering prospecting, outreach, LinkedIn targeting, and discovery calls
  • A personal CRM dashboard with a domain clearance checker and a goal calculator that turns your target income into a weekly action plan
  • Weekly live co-working sessions with our team
  • Slack access — a direct line to the team whenever you need it
  • Official SafetyWing affiliation

🌟 Why Join
  • Your output is entirely in your hands — the more consistent the effort, the more you earn
  • You build real, transferable skills: outreach, prospecting, starting conversations that lead somewhere
  • AI is replacing tasks but it cannot replace human relationships. People respond to people.
  • In a world where resourcefulness is becoming the most valuable skill, this is where you develop it
  • Every introduction you make helps a global team get the health coverage they deserve

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
