About the Role
The Global Area Distribution & Channel Manager role at NinjaOne is responsible for achieving sales and profitability objectives through our distribution and channel partners. NinjaOne Distribution CAMs identify and engage with interested distribution and partner prospects, onboard distributors and partners, and activate them through sales enablement, technical training, and joint marketing activities. This is a critical strategic role that will contribute significantly to the success of NinjaOne. You will be responsible for prospecting, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with our distributors and channel partners, and helping NinjaOne move upstream to the large midmarket/enterprise space and the smaller regional partners through distribution.
Location - Remote in FL, NC, CO, CA, TX, NY
What You'll be Doing
  • Identify, qualify, and onboard prospective distributors and partners.
  • Help create and operationalize a disti/channel sales motion alongside NinjaOne Account Executives to achieve business goals and quota.
  • Articulate the value of NinjaOne's Partner Program and demo the product to stakeholders.
  • Own a regional plan and forecast for your territory.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to complete objectives.
  • Other Duties as needed

About You
  • 3-5 years' experience working with Channel Partners, Value Added Resellers, Distributors, or Managed Service Providers
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills to craft solutions that are beneficial to NinjaOne and our partners.
  • Ability to proactively and independently identify and qualify opportunities; an entrepreneurial mindset is key.
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills. Ability to ask the right questions and tell great stories, and have empathy with the client's or partners' challenges.
  • Skilled in developing Partner/Territory business plans, building a partner/territory strategy, and the ability to measure success against key performance indicators and overall return on investment.
  • Proven experience influencing senior-level partner executives and/or partner principals.

Additional Information
This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.
*Due to operational policies, NinjaOne is unable to hire for this role within the city limits of Chicago. We will consider all qualified candidates who reside outside of the city proper or are willing to self-relocate.
Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, and PTO. For roles based in California or Colorado, the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,000-$125,000 Base and $200,000-$250,000 OTE per year.
For roles based in New York, the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,000-$125,000 Base and $200,000-$250,000 OTE per year.
