As we forge ahead, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized part-time Giving Programs Coordinator to support our nonprofit partnerships and donation operations. This role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of marketing or customer support experience who is passionate about the nonprofit sector and wants to play a key role in supporting the nonprofit experience with Spiral and our Bank and Credit Union clients. You'll work closely with our VP of Giving & Nonprofit Partnerships to ensure our nonprofit partners have compelling profiles, receive timely communications, and that donation operations run smoothly.
What You'll Do1. Nonprofit Content
- Create and update engaging nonprofit profile content for our platform
- Research and write compelling organizational descriptions that resonate with donors
- Maintain SLAs with nonprofits and keep up with nonprofit onboarding
- Ensure profile information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for conversion
- Collaborate with nonprofit partners to gather mission statements, impact data, and imagery
- Input and maintain accurate records in Spiral’s internal nonprofit database
2. Donation Communications & Operations
- Conduct monthly nonprofit outreach to maintain strong partner relationships
- Manage donation data reporting for internal needs
- Track and follow up on outstanding donation checks to ensure timely processing
- Respond to nonprofit partner inquiries about donation processing
3. Nonprofit Communications
- Develop and execute communication campaigns encouraging nonprofits to adopt ACH for faster, more efficient donation processing
- Create email templates, talking points, and educational materials about ACH benefits
- Track campaign performance and follow up with nonprofit partners
- Support broader nonprofit engagement initiatives
Required:
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, SaaS or nonprofit customer support
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to create clear, engaging content
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data tracking
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Genuine interest in the nonprofit sector and charitable giving
Preferred:
- Background in content creation or copywriting
- Experience with CRM or database management
- Knowledge of the fintech or financial services industry
- Reliable internet connection and professional home workspace
- Experience working with or volunteering for nonprofit organizations

This is an hourly, part-time position and the expectation is to complete 20 hours per week of work. Compensation is commensurate with experience, ranging between $25-$28/hour.
