POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and passionate German Marketing Localization Expert (Germany) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional linguistic skills and a profound understanding of marketing concepts, product localization, and creative content adaptation. This role involves translating and localizing marketing-related content accurately and engagingly to suit our German audience. You will collaborate closely with our team to ensure that our content is both culturally and contextually appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate and localize marketing and product-related content for cultural relevance and contextual accuracy.
  • Adapt content to reflect linguistic and cultural nuances while preserving the original message and tone.
  • Review and edit translated content for precision, consistency, and quality.
  • Ensure adherence to industry-specific terminology and style guidelines.
  • Stay updated on creative trends, terminology, and innovations.
  • Provide insights and expertise on marketing and product localization strategies.
  • Conduct research to support content creation and ensure the accuracy of marketing-related information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of linguistic principles.
  • Native-level expertise in German (de-DE).
  • Proficiency in creating, translating, and localizing content related to marketing and product communication.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to convey complex marketing concepts clearly and accurately.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Ensure all content is culturally relevant and resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Experience with CAT tools.
