The Role

We're hiring a GEO Strategist to own client success in AI search optimization. You'll work directly with CMOs and SEO teams at mid-market and enterprise brands, analyzing their AI visibility and building strategies that win.

Think of this as high-stakes consulting meets cutting-edge AI. Perfect for agency veterans or management consultants ready to define a new industry.

Your Week:

  • Run client QBRs on AI visibility metrics and competitive positioning
  • Develop custom GEO playbooks based on industry and competition analysis
  • Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders
  • Configure accounts and test prompt strategies for maximum AI citations and mentions
  • Collaborate with product team to shape platform features

What You'll Own

  • Lead enterprise accounts through AI search transformation
  • Deliver monthly AI visibility reports with clear performance narratives
  • Identify customer success metrics during onboarding, build QBRs and tell a narrative on what's been done, working or not working around these metrics
  • Generate 3+ case studies per month showcasing client wins
  • Translate complex AI search behavior into actionable business strategies
  • Drive platform adoption across client marketing and SEO teams

Requirements

You're a Great Fit If You Have

  • 3-5 years in SEO consulting, agency account management, or management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
  • Track record presenting to and influencing C-suite stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into strategic narratives
  • Proven success managing 20+ concurrent client relationships

Bonus Points:

  • Agency experience
  • Background in management consulting with tech/marketing focus
  • Familiarity with enterprise SEO tools
  • Understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering
