The General Virtual Assistant will support project management, marketing tasks, client communications, and administrative functions while ensuring operational efficiency for a consulting professional.

Our client is a fast-paced, growth-oriented consulting professional who provides services to multiple clients across various industries. He is currently seeking a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy General Virtual Assistant (GVA) who can support project execution, marketing tasks, and client communications. This is a critical role that will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of daily operations.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Project & Task Management
- Oversee and track the progress of multiple projects
- Ensure deadlines are met and follow through on pending action items
Marketing Support
- Assist with general marketing execution
- Use AI tools to generate prompts, copy, or creative content
Time Tracking & Invoicing
- Track time spent across projects and clients
- Handle and monitor invoicing for services rendered
Critical Thinking & Deliverables
- Apply independent judgment to move deliverables forward without hand-holding
- Offer solutions or improvements where appropriate
Light Business Analysis
- Review and assess tools or platforms clients may be evaluating
- Provide simple feedback or reports when needed
User Flow Mapping
Create or update user flows based on client journeys (details to be clarified)
Inbound & Outbound Communication
- Handle inbound client calls professionally
- Make follow-up calls to prospects in the queue to support deal closure
Ideal Candidate:
- Administrative Excellence: Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using productivity and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GHL, Canva, Notion, etc.)
- Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication; responsive on email/text and comfortable on Zoom
- Critical Thinker: Can manage ambiguity and make sound decisions independently
- Process-Driven: Follows SOPs and helps improve them when necessary
- Experience in Business Consulting or Marketing Support is a strong plus
