  • Build practical skills in reporting, data management, operations, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Take ownership of meaningful projects with real business impact
  • Develop deep knowledge of startups, innovation, and economic development
  • Join a collaborative international team where learning, growth, and initiative are highly valued
What You'll Do
  • Support multiple departments with day-to-day operational tasks and ongoing projects
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain reports, documentation, and internal databases

  • Learn new tools, technologies, and AI-powered workflows to improve productivity
Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines curiosity, reliability, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Previous internship experience is a plus, but what matters most is your mindset and ability to grow.

You are someone who:

  • Has strong attention to detail and enjoys working with structured data
  • Is comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
  • Knows Python or is eager to learn and apply it in practical projects
  • Is organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Communicates clearly and professionally
  • Is proactive and takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions
  • Enjoys solving problems and continuously improving processes
  • Is interested in startups, innovation, entrepreneurship, and economic development
  • Thrives in a remote, collaborative work environment
Growth Opportunities

This internship is designed for someone who wants meaningful experience not just administrative work.

You'll have opportunities to:

  • Work alongside experienced professionals across multiple business functions
  • Gain exposure to research, operations, partnerships, marketing, and sales
  • Develop practical skills in reporting, analytics, project coordination, and business operations
  • Build experience with AI-powered tools and modern remote work practices
  • Grow into future internship extensions or full-time opportunities as StartupBlink continues to scale
Compensation & Benefits
  • Paid remote internship (compensation based on experience and internship scope)
  • Work aligned with European business hours (9 AM – 5 PM CET)
  • 26 days of paid vacation annually (pro-rated based on internship duration)
  • Exposure to multiple departments and meaningful global projects
  • Real ownership and practical learning opportunities
  • International team with mentorship and continuous learning

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
