FORD 

Salary Range  

  • Master Technician: $33.80/hr. - $225.00/hr. (approx. $90,000 – $200,000/year based on productivity)                        

  • Skilled Technician: $33.80/hr. - $125.00/hr. (approx. $75,000 – $150,000/year)                 

  • Entry Level Technician: $18.00/hr. - $36.00/hr.                                 

  • The Technician Positions has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation.  The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.  

  • Express Level Technician: $18.00/hr. - $22.50/hr.  

  • The Express Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation.   


  • Salesperson: $60,000 – $150,000/year (commission-based; includes hourly base + commission)
