Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced GCP Data Architect with experience/background in SAP. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing data architectures on GCP

  • Collaborate with retail business stakeholders to understand customer, sales, inventory, and supply chain data needs

  • Architect data pipelines using Cloud Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Data Fusion, Dataproc, and BigQuery

  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across SAP and non-SAP sources

  • Translate business and functional requirements into technical design and data models (Star/Snowflake schemas)

  • Lead end-to-end data migration or integration projects involving SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, etc.)

  • Partner with engineering and BI teams to enable real-time and batch analytics

  • Guide teams on cost optimization, performance tuning, and GCP best practices

  • Provide leadership in data strategy, roadmap, and innovation initiatives
