GC Growth Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic GC Growth Specialist to provide ongoing support to our clients and network with them. As a team member, you will contribute to building relationships, implementing new programs that will increase your business’ revenue potential, and minimize churn rates. Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to, supporting customers as they transition from sales prospects, building close relationships that often last beyond any one project or job-order lasting process ownership with the business itself. Ultimately, you will work directly with clients to help solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction while they are an active account with us. 


What you'll be doing:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including inbound inquiries, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conduct engaging virtual and in-person presentations to showcase our products/services and demonstrate their value to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Building on newly established client relationships post sale, nurturing more mature business relationships within the client’s user base, driving utilization of PlanHub’s product platforms.
  • Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software. 
  • Upsell services and products with the brand image.
  • Promote value through trust and customer experience.
  • Responsible for the overall health, activation, and ongoing nurture of General Contractors on the PlanHub platform.


What you will need to be successful:

  • SaaS solutions - Construction space preferred. 
  • Experience using HubSpot, preferred. 
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of inbound sales experience.
  • Working knowledge of current tech stack: GSuite, Zoom
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence
  • Creative problem solving and strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated grit, resilience, and tenacity with a track record of surpassing quotas or performance targets.
  • Balanced thinking and action, long term strategic planning and short-term execution.
  • Strong understanding of contact management and sales automation tools.
  • Strong passion for customer service.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

This role offers a base salary of up to $60,000 per year, depending on experience. It also includes a monthly performance-based bonus, earned by meeting variable targets. Bonuses are calculated and paid out each month, with total on-target earnings (OTE) $90,000 annually.


This position will be a remote position within the United States. Occasional trips to our West Palm Beach, FL office, may be required.  Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer within the United States.
