The Services FP&A Leader will partner closely with senior operating leaders across Gas Power to deliver financial & operational targets, provide financial leadership, and deliver on FP&A initiatives across the broader Services and Gas Power finance organizations. This role is also critically responsible for applying a deep understanding of Services economics and outage cost mechanist to drive real-time insights for financial value to the operating partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Shapes long-term business finance strategy by leading FP&A ownership of a $10B revenue / $4.7B gross margin portfolio, ensuring financial direction is tightly integrated with enterprise priorities.
- Unifies global planning and reporting standards across global footprint and business lines (parts, repairs, field fulfillment), driving enterprise-wide alignment and consistent, data-driven governance.
- Architects a future-ready FP&A organization by designing and executing post-transformation finance processes that enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- Diagnoses complex operational and financial dynamics by integrating outage mechanics, field execution realities, and cost inputs across 700+ annual service events and $2.6B+ in parts deliveries.
- Leads development of global analytical standards and driver-based models that materially improve forecast accuracy and reduce MAPE to less than 3%, strengthening forward-looking performance visibility.
- Resolves cross-functional barriers by facilitating alignment, elevating trade-off discussions, and optimizing financial outcomes across commercial, operations, supply chain, and field execution teams.
- Mobilizes teams through transformation by setting a clear vision, building confidence, and creating a stable, high-performance FP&A organization anchored in disciplined cadences and strong governance.
- Builds senior-level alignment and accountability by partnering with four business-line leaders to drive fact-based decision-making, enhanced transparency, and outcomes anchored in value drivers and Services economics.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge or experience
- Minimum of major experience of finance, accounting, or audit
- Minimum of strong experience of finance leadership role
- Previous experience leading global organizations
Desired Characteristics:
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge or experience
- Preferred graduate of finance management leadership programs (e.g., FMP, OFLP/CAS, etc.)
- Strong Knowledge and experience in Gas Power and HDGT Services business
- Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute concrete action plans
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressure
- Experience managing a multi-national finance organization
- Strong analytical, project management and organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $224,000 and $336,000 USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
