In This Role:
As a Senior Game Producer, you will lead the full game development lifecycle for a portfolio of beloved and enduring casual games enjoyed by millions of players across PC, mobile, and web platforms. You’ll own project delivery from early design through launch, managing the roadmap, schedules, and key milestones to ensure high-quality, polished releases. This role is ideal for a seasoned production leader who thrives in a collaborative environment, drives clarity across complex projects, and aligns stakeholders to deliver delightful, player-focused experiences. You will guide cross-functional teams of developers, designers, artists, and marketers to execute efficiently while maintaining a sharp focus on quality, compliance, and player satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own project delivery from design through launch, managing the roadmap, schedules, and milestones.
  • Lead daily stand-ups, track progress in Azure DevOps, and manage task prioritization across multiple teams.
  • Drive R&D and feature iteration to validate and refine gameplay and systems rapidly.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Serve as the key liaison for compliance, legal, privacy, and security reviews to ensure a smooth launch process.
  • Optimize production pipelines to improve efficiency, reduce friction, and ensure predictable, high-quality releases.
  • Communicate proactively with leadership and partners, providing transparent updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in game production with a proven record of shipping successful titles.
  • Demonstrated experience guiding multiple games from development through launch and into live operations.
  • Strong expertise with project management tools such as Jira and/or Azure DevOps, and proven ability to manage large, complex production schedules.
  • Minimum of 8 released games, with at least several in the casual or free-to-play genre.
  • 8+ years of experience in cross-team management, task prioritization, and resource coordination.
  • Experience navigating compliance, privacy, and security frameworks in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building consensus across diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience launching games across PC, mobile, and web platforms.
  • Deep familiarity with casual and free-to-play games, including audience expectations and monetization models.
  • Knowledge of Power Automate and SharePoint.
  • Experience working with HTML-based games.
  • Passion for creating engaging, accessible gaming experiences for broad audiences.

Salary Range 

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $80,000 to $87,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
