Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Game Producer to oversee the development of our newest content along with current ongoing gaming projects.

The Game Producer will be responsible for coordinating with different departments, from game design to marketing, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality games. The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong understanding of the gaming industry, is highly organized, and can manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.

The Game Producer will work closely with the game development team to ensure that all aspects of the game creation process are on track and within budget.

Qualifications

As a Game Producer, applicants will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and coordinating the game development process from concept to release
  • Working closely with the game design team to ensure the vision for the game is realized
  • Coordinating with Business teams to ensure successful game launches
  • Managing budgets and timelines for game development projects
  • Maintaining communication between different departments involved in game creation
  • Ensuring that the game is tested thoroughly for any bugs or issues
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitive products
  • Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders
  • Solving problems that arise during the development process
  • Ensuring the final product is in line with company standards and expectations

Applicants should have:

  • 3-5 years proven experience as a Game Producer or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of the game development process
  • Ability to work efficiently allowing designs to pivot based on client and director feedback quickly
  • Working knowledge of project management software(e.g. Jira, air table, asana, and etc)
  • Ability to work under pressure and managing multiple project timelines
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • A passion for games and a solid understanding of the lottery and iGaming market
  • BSc/BA degree in Computer Science, Game Design or relevant field
