Job Description

The Game Client Solutions Analyst will support ZAM’s agency business in coordinating effective communications, reporting and project tracking between internal and external stakeholders. The role requires exceptional organizational ability, problem solving and communication skills. This role will work closely with our marketing, creative and user research teams to ensure all of our projects are executed to the satisfaction of our clients.

This job can be performed remotely from anywhere in the continental U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Support the promotion of video game clients by drafting game user interviews and surveys.
  • Work with focus groups to help identify target user groups.
  • Review social media campaign results and help develop new research tests to achieve expansion in the global markets through creative promotional campaigns.
  • Assist in setting up creative A/B testing and review closed beta test results for playtests.
  • Summarize survey insights.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in Public Relations Strategy, Global Communication, Communication Data
    Science
  • The position requires 6 months of experience in each of the following:
    • Supporting localization projects and developing strategic communications and branding
      messages to expand international clients based in China; and
    • Using WeChat data analytics to increase social media engagement with target clientele in China
