How You Can Make an Impact

We are seeking a Futures Trader specialized in Relative Value (RV) to join our expanding team. In this role, you'll work in a collaborative environment that integrates futures trading, quantitative research, and next-gen technology. Our ideal candidate will exhibit a high degree of passion and commitment to excellence. As an experienced Futures RV Trader, you'll be instrumental in augmenting Geneva's existing futures trading infrastructure through cutting-edge quantitative modeling. This position is crucial for growing our futures RV trading desk, a key component of one of Geneva's most successful teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relative value trading models for futures markets using advanced quantitative techniques.
  • Design and execute trading strategies on Geneva's state-of-the-art, low-latency trading platform.
  • Manage global risk metrics for a designated futures trading portfolio.
  • Work closely with Senior Futures Traders to expand Geneva's presence in current markets and explore new opportunities.

What You'll Need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in STEM/Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant trading experience, preferably in futures.
  • Deep understanding of futures products and keen market insights.
  • A proven history of consistent profitability in trading.
  • Advanced computational and quantitative skills.
  • A competitive drive and team-oriented mindset.
