What We Look For in Future BI / GTM Analyst Hires

We regularly seek professionals with:

  • Experience building reporting frameworks and dashboards to support GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success)

  • Proven ability to synthesize large datasets and deliver actionable insights for business leaders

  • Strong command of tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Salesforce, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)

  • Comfort working cross-functionally with RevOps, product, and finance teams

  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • A detail-oriented data professional with a bias for action and curiosity

  • Passionate about using data to drive smarter decisions and measurable outcomes

  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
