What We Look For in Future DevOps Engineer Hires

We regularly seek professionals with experience in:

  • Managing and scaling cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

  • Designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab

  • Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar

  • Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS)

  • Monitoring, alerting, and log aggregation (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, ELK stack)

  • Collaboration across product and engineering teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment
