We are seeking a Fundraising Events Assistant to join our dynamic team! This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and want to build a rewarding career in fundraising, event planning, and community engagement.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist in planning and executing fundraising events from start to finish
  • Coordinate event logistics, including materials, supplies, and setup
  • Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials
  • Engage with donors, sponsors, and participants to ensure successful events
  • Conduct market research to identify sponsorship and fundraising opportunities
  • Provide administrative support, including record-keeping and correspondence
  • Monitor and report on event outcomes to inform future improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement event plans and timelines
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to meet event needs
  • Support the fundraising team in achieving financial and participation goals
  • Assist with donor and sponsor communications, including thank-you notes and follow-ups
