Job Description

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years Funder/Closer experience with a Mortgage Banking Company or similar
Knowledge of all closing and title documents
Strong knowledge of wet/dry state closing requirements
Above Average communication skills
Exemplary customer service skills
Detail oriented
Ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment
Ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Be a team player
Duties:

Prepare and generate closing packages
Work directly with Escrow/Title on all closings
Ensuring all funding conditions has been satisfied
Review loan documents for accuracy and compliance
Set up wires for funding

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
