The Opportunity
As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will document business needs and propose solutions that align with organizational goals. As a Senior Associate, you will act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, enhancing your communication and decision-making skills while driving project success. This position offers the chance to influence product development and contribute to impactful technology solutions.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college.
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree preferred
- AWS (or) Azure (or) GCP Foundational Certifications preferred
- Demonstrating visionary thinking and product roadmap communication
- Understanding customer needs and translating them into requirements
- Prioritizing features and tasks to enhance product alignment
- Making informed decisions balancing technical and business needs
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders and development teams
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management

The salary range for this position is: $58,000 - $161,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
