We are looking for a Techno-Functional Consultant who will play a vital role in leveraging their extensive experience in Retail Banking, Business Banking, Commercial Banking, or Corporate Banking. They will focus on providing expert consultancy and solutions utilizing Microsoft CRM (Dynamics CE), Customer Engagement platforms, Sales Force, Siebel, or any other CRM as per the organizational requirements. The aim is to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize CRM platforms for improved business outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements; create demonstrations to provide proof of concept; plan and assist the team in drafting Statements of Work, including estimation of effort and cost.
  • Provide input and advice regarding Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities, functions, and features to clients and prospects.
  • Conduct hands-on implementation, configuration, and development of the various components of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Build positive client relationships by developing an understanding of clients’ business processes.
  • Develop analytical and insightful recommendations to meet deliverable targets, and complete project tasks within budget and to customer satisfaction.
  • Perform requirements gathering and business process analysis.
  • Understand customer requirements and advise the project team on highly specialized, complex solution architecture and implementation.
  • Participate as the technical expert in proposal development and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Deliver presentations to all levels of management.
  • Adapt to different end-user learning styles when training or gathering requirements.
  • Create documentation for clients, including PowerPoint presentations and Visio workflows covering functional and technical requirements, design, training, and process engineering.
  • Assist internal resources with support or pre-sales of Microsoft CRM and related integrations.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation experience.
  • Experience as a consultant in a consulting practice, facilitating discovery workshops.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of employees, including C-level executives.
  • Experience creating strong business cases supported by compelling value propositions.
  • Experience gathering business requirements (as-is/to-be models) and configuring Microsoft CRM modules, including Sales and Call Center; Marketing experience is a plus.
  • Experience assisting with the definition and functional design of conversions and interfaces, and leading technical teams through Microsoft CRM API usage and integration development.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Business Intelligence tools, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products, general networking, and Active Directory is required.
  • Experience using KingswaySoft is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Engineering.
  • Professional certifications related to CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.
  • Proven track record of successful CRM implementations and projects in Retail Banking, Business Banking, Commercial Banking, or Corporate Banking domains.
  • Prior experience working with diverse teams and managing stakeholders in a consulting capacity.
