About the role

Concept Plus is seeking a Functional Analyst to support client applications implementation and maintenance including ETL automation, system design, enhancement, testing, cybersecurity across all environments (Dev, test, production) and administer the system adhering to required standards.

What you'll do

• Develop and document detailed test scripts for UET using Atlassian Zephyr Scale.
• Design and implement test cases for UI, UX, and UAT testing.
• Automate the tracking and execution of test scripts.
• Support UAT for ETL automation and validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Manage test scripts, track test execution, and report on results using Zephyr Scale.
• Identify and report defects, collaborate with developers for timely resolution.
• Assist with test activities, including creating test cases, updating test data, and capturing test results.
• Contribute to process improvement by recommending enhancements to test automation frameworks.
• Working in Agile environment, cloud computing, AI management and integration

Required Qualifications

• US Citizen
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain a government clearance
• Bachelors Degree
• 5+ years’ experience as test analyst
• 2+ Years of experience working with multiple stakeholders
• CompTIA Security+ Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Test Automation
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Experience in AGILE Environment
• Good documentation skills
• Experience conducting end to end testing and documenting
