Overview
As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you’ll architect, build, and maintain modern, scalable systems across the stack. This is a hands-on role focused on both the frontend (React/Next.js/TypeScript) and backend (Node.js, MySQL, AWS) to deliver features that empower our users and drive business growth.
What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain front-end features in React (Next.js) and TypeScript
Architect reliable backend services and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and MySQL
Lead initiatives across the stack, such as game lobbies, authentication, promotions, and payment integrations
Collaborate with product, design, business stakeholders, and QA to deliver polished, scalable features
Optimize for performance, accessibility, SEO, and responsiveness
Champion best practices, mentor team members, and lead code reviews
Support and enhance our AWS-based infrastructure
Ensure high quality deliverables through testing, QA collaboration, and monitoring
Requirements
5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience with React, TypeScript, and Next.js
2+ years of backend development experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and MySQL
Experience in cloud environments (preferably AWS) and familiarity with serverless architecture
Strong understanding of state management, design systems, and component architecture
Familiarity with A/B testing, web analytics, and responsive design
Strong communicator with a proactive, team-oriented approach
Experience building or supporting high-traffic applications or gaming platforms is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code
Exposure to online gaming or payment processing systems
Exposure to streaming or messaging technologies (e.g. event-driven systems)
