- Database Management: Architect and optimize relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis) databases for speed, security, and integrity.
- Architecture & Infrastructure: Participate in technical design decisions, cloud infrastructure setup (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and CI/CD pipeline automated deployments.
- Quality & Performance: Write clean, modular, and testable code; conduct peer code reviews; and ensure high application performance, accessibility, and security standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to refine project requirements, prioritize feature backlogs, and deliver value iteratively in an Agile environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
- Frontend Skills: Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/Sass, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and at least one major modern frontend framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Backend Skills: Strong experience with server-side languages and frameworks (Node.js/Express, Python/Django/FastAPI, or Java/Spring).
- Database & API: Proficiency with SQL database design, complex queries, and building/consuming RESTful APIs.
- DevOps & Version Control: Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, and deployment workflows using cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking, debugging capabilities, and commitment to software testing (Jest, Cypress, or PyTest).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in financial services, advisory/consulting tech platforms, or enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, serverless computing (AWS Lambda), and caching systems (Redis).
- Understanding of Web Accessibility Standards (WCAG) and security best practices (OWASP).
Benefits & Perks
- Competitive base salary with annual performance bonus.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision health coverage.
- 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.
- Flexible work environment (Remote / Hybrid options).
- Unlimited/Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and company holidays.
- Annual learning & development stipend for professional certifications and conferences.
