Description:

NeueHealth is seeking passionate and driven Software Developers to join our team focused on the rapid development of our core healthcare products. In this role, you will be integral to the entire product lifecycle, contributing to design, implementation, and post-launch support. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, playing a key role in integrating our products with business processes and backend infrastructure.

As a Software Developer at NeueHealth, you can expect to work on a variety of products, including front-end interfaces, APIs, data workflows, and external integrations. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on innovative healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to post-launch support.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions for core healthcare products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate products with business processes and backend infrastructure.
  • Contribute to the development of front-end interfaces, APIs, data workflows, and external integrations.
  • Work on a variety of products, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of developed solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, contributing to and maintaining high code quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience and technical proficiency in:
    • .NET
    • TypeScript
    • JavaScript
    • Scala
    • SQL
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud computing (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Experience with enterprise application development.
  • Experience in the Healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare data standards.
