Full Stack Product Manager – Product Builder
Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic Product Builder who thrives at the intersection of business strategy,
technology and design. This role demands a hands-on individual who can conceptualize, build and
scale innovative products with a strong focus on AI marketplaces and micro-app monetization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, development, launch and growth.
• Build and manage AI-driven marketplace solutions and monetization strategies for microapp
ecosystems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business goals into scalable, high-quality
code.
• Apply design thinking to create intuitive, user-centric experiences.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform product decisions and revenue
models.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated success launching and scaling products in one or more marketplaces (e.g.,
Azure/AWS marketplaces, Salesforce AppExchange, Slack/Teams app stores, Apple/Google
stores).
• Deep understanding of two‑sided dynamics (developer/supply and customer/demand),
including listing optimization, discovery, GMV and attach rate.
• Experience navigating enterprise procurement in marketplaces: SaaS agreements, invoicing,
metering and channel/partner motions.
• Hands‑on design of usage‑based, credit based, seat‑based and hybrid pricing; free → trial
→ paid conversion flows; and in‑app purchase (IAP) patterns for micro‑interactions.
• Built and shipped entitlement & metering systems (rate limits, quotas, per‑feature gating),
with payment integrations.
• Vibe-Code‑fluent across modern stacks with the ability to create prototypes.
• Practical experience with LLM‑powered features: prompt & response orchestration, RAG
patterns, embeddings/vector stores, evaluation harnesses, latency/cost optimization and
safety/guardrails.
• Familiarity with model providers and hosting.
• Instrumented products end‑to‑end with product analytics, event taxonomies, and growth
loops.
• Proficient in cohort analysis, activation/time‑to‑value, supply acquisition, conversion
funnels, and marketplace SEO/ASO mechanics.
• Strong product sense and UX instincts tailored to embedded contexts.
• Ability to partner closely with designers on information architecture, conversation design,
and visual polish that improves engagement and conversion.
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance , content moderation, abuse/fraud
prevention, and responsible AI policies.
• Familiarity with billing/entitlement APIs, webhooks, rate limiting, and quota
enforcement at scale.
Experience
• 6–10+ years in product roles with 2–4+ years specifically in AI marketplaces and/or
micro‑app monetization (or equivalent demonstrable outcomes).
• Portfolio or case studies detailing pricing tests, marketplace launches, and AI feature
economics (cost/latency/quality trade‑offs).
Salary based on qualifications, experience and region up to USD 170000 plus benefits.
