Role Overview

We're seeking a versatile Senior Software Engineer with a proven track record in full-stack devepment and healthcare technology. The ideal candidate is comofrtable working across languages and frameworks, has strong cloud infrastructure knowledge, and can deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. We value engineers who create well crafted, maintainable code and develop thoroughly tested solutions for both web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy scalable web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

    • 5+ experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
    • Experience with front-end languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, TypeScript) and React.
    • Experience with Ionic framework and mobile development.
    • Experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
    • Experience with Go.
    • Experience with cloud infrastructure and services, specifically AWS - ECS Fargate, S3, Lambda, RDS.
    • Experience with Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
    • Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and web servers (e.g., Nginx).
    • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
    • Experience with version control tools, such as Git.
    • Experience with Docker and container orchestration
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in the healthcare or digital health industry.
    • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and data security best practices.
    • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
