Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented, driven Software Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable, efficient software applications. As a mid-level engineer, you will be expected to contribute to project planning, solution architecture, code development, and deployment. This role is perfect for an engineer who is comfortable taking on more complex projects while collaborating in a team-oriented environment to help deliver impactful solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Develop new features, optimize existing functionality, and ensure code quality through unit tests and peer code reviews.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure features align with user needs and technical requirements.
  • Architecture and System Design: Participate in architectural discussions to provide scalable solutions, leveraging best practices for design and code reusability.
  • Debugging and Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other technical issues within the codebase.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and integrate new tools and practices that can enhance team productivity and code quality.

 

Skills You’ll Need:

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.

    • Experience with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Django).

    • Familiarity with RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

    • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

    • Understanding of SQL and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

  • Problem-Solving Abilities:

    • Strong debugging and analytical skills.

    • Ability to optimize code and improve application performance.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    • Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently.

    • Willingness share knowledge with peers.

  • Educational Background:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
