What to Expect

Data is our lifeblood. We use AR headsets and Skill Capture Gloves™ to capture human motion at scale, and your role as a Full Stack Engineer for Data Operations is to grow the platform that manages this pipeline, from tracking thousands of memory developers across the globe to building the high-fidelity tools used to audit, filter, and qualify hundreds of hours of data per day.

What You’ll Do

• Memory Developer Systems: Partner with the Data Operations team to build an internal platform that manages thousands of remote memory developers, tracking performance, monitoring hardware health, etc., to ensure a steady, high-quality data stream.

• The Audit Lab: Develop high-performance React interfaces for replaying and verifying human motion data, enabling our team to curate "gold-standard" datasets, from thousands of uploads.

• Data Ingestion & Orchestration: Architect robust backend services to handle massive amounts of data, ensuring it is ready for audit.

• Startup Fluidity: While this role focuses on Data Ops, we operate in a high-growth environment. You should be comfortable with shifting priorities and jumping into other parts of the stack as we scale.

What You’ll Bring

• Full-Stack Proficiency: 3+ years of building and scaling cloud-native applications with mastery of modern frontend (e.g., React, TypeScript) and robust backend (e.g., Node.js, Python) stacks.

• Operational Mindset: Experience building high-throughput internal tooling or "human-in-the-loop" platforms.

• UX for Experts: A high bar for building low-friction, data-heavy interfaces.

Nice to have

• Experience as a founding or early hire; able to define roadmaps where no blueprint exists.

• Familiarity with synchronized playback.

• Experience with marketplace, gig-work, or data-labeling platforms.
