Leidos is seeking a versatile Full Stack Developer to join a mission‑driven team delivering modern, scalable software solutions that support critical operations. This role requires strong skills in C#/.NET, SQL development, and full‑stack engineering, with the ability to leverage both traditional code and low‑code capabilities through the Microsoft Power Platform.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building end‑to‑end solutions — from database schema design to API development to intuitive user interfaces — while also applying Power Apps, Power Automate, and related tools to accelerate delivery and improve business outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using modern engineering practices.

  •  Build and optimize relational database solutions using SQL Server, including stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning.

  •  Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using C#/.NET.

  • Develop and maintain intuitive, responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern interface frameworks.

  • Ensure applications meet security, performance, and scalability standards

  •  Apply Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to automate processes and extend application capabilities.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and iterate in an Agile environment.

  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and DevOps processes including CI/CD pipelines.

  •  Troubleshoot, debug, and support deployed applications in production environments.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field), or equivalent experience.

  • U.S. Citizenship required; must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust.

  • 4+ years hands-on experience building full stack applications, including backend (e.g., C#, Java, or similar) and frontend (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).

  • Experience designing and working with relational databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Power Platform tools: Power Apps (Canvas or Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint integration, or Azure services.

  • UX/UI design sensibility and ability to build user-friendly interfaces.

  •  Experience integrating with REST APIs and handling JSON-based data workflows.

  •  Strong SQL development experience, including optimization and complex query design.

  • Experience working in Agile teams and using version control systems like Git.

  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

  • Knowledge of application lifecycle management (ALM) in both traditional and low-code environments.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
