We are seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable web applications, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.
  • Work with Node.js and TypeScript to build backend services.
  • Design and optimize databases using PostgreSQL and write efficient SQL queries.
  • Integrate third-party APIs (RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Webhooks).
  • Build and maintain frontend components using React.js or similar frameworks.
  • Utilize version control systems like Git for code management.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve application performance.

Requirements
  •  1-3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
  •  Experience with PostgreSQL and writing efficient SQL queries.
  •  Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React.js (or similar).
  •  Knowledge of third-party API integrations (RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Webhooks).
  •  Understanding of Git for version control.
  •  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  •  Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Fly.io).
  •  Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Docker.

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Internet Connection:
    • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
    • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
    • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Primary Device:
    • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
      • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
      • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.

  • Backup Device:
    • Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
    • Must be functional during power interruptions.
  • A functioning webcam.
  • A noise-canceling USB headset.
  • A quiet, dedicated home office space.
  • Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
