DocMe360 is on the lookout for a talented Full Stack AI Engineer specializing in Python and React to join our growing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing clinical AI solutions for the Department of Veteran Affairs. You will apply your expertise in AI and machine learning to solve real-world challenges while collaborating with a dynamic team dedicated to improving healthcare technology.
Your contributions will have a direct impact on Veterans and the healthcare professionals that support them. This position entails designing, coding, testing, and deploying AI solutions into the Department of Veteran Affairs. This position may be filled as a contract role, contract-to-hire, or direct hire.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, build, and implement AI-driven applications utilizing Python for back-end services.
- Utilize VA Design Systems to integrate user-facing elements developed in React or similar frameworks.
- Developing ML/AI models.
- Write high-quality, maintainable code and contribute to system architecture and design discussions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing, supporting continuous improvement.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technological solutions that enhance user experiences.
- Analyze and resolve performance issues, ensuring optimized applications that meet high standards of reliability and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI advancements and emerging technologies relevant to the healthcare domain.
- Document development processes and maintain detailed records for internal use.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with a focus on Python.
- Strong background in AI and machine learning technologies and methodologies.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and developing scalable applications.
- Experience with front-end technologies, such as React, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with database management systems such as relational databases. Experience with vector and graph. databases are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Understanding of healthcare technology and the integration of AI solutions in clinical settings is a plus.
