What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Work with JavaScript, Python, OR Go to develop scalable backend services and APIs.
- Build performant frontends using React and Vue.js, with modern tooling like Vite.
- Integrate and manage both relational (SQL) and SQL) andnon-relational (NoSQL) databases.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to ship features that deliver real business value.
- Ensure code quality through clean code principles, code reviews, and testing best practices.
- Manage deployments and environments using Docker and other DevOps tools.
- Use Git for version control and collaborate via modern source control workflows (PRs, branching strategies).
- Investigate, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React and Vue.js.
- Experience with Python and/or Go for backend development.
- Solid experience with both relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with Vite or other modern frontend build tools.
- Comfortable with Docker for containerization and local development workflows.
- Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience working with REST APIs and/or GraphQL is a plus.
- Understanding of system design, scalability, and clean architecture.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup, with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and fast-paced startup environments.
