About the role:

We're seeking a skilled Frontend Engineer to join our Web Team. This role is responsible for developing production-ready features, creating reusable components, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build innovative and accessible financial applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React and TypeScript, with a strong focus on solid architectural principals and modern JavaScript libraries. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Create production-ready features for our various frontend applications
  • Develop reusable components that sensibly balance flexibility with pragmatism
  • Work with the design team to give feedback, create prototypes, and quickly iterate on product requirements
  • Collaborate with the backend team on developing API contracts and debugging issues
  • Assist in writing internal documentation, follow best practices and suggest improvements

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in frontend application development
  • Expert-level React, intermediate TypeScript, advanced CSS and experience with Tailwind
  • Preferable: Experience with TanStack (Query, Router, Table) and state management libraries
  • Strong focus on component extensibility, responsiveness and understanding of a11y
  • Intuitive understanding of good design principals and UX
  • Experience with and/or knowledge of backend technologies

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $135-145k.

The salary range displayed reflects an average base salary range for the position across all the U.S. The base salary offered to an applicant could be higher or lower based on each applicant's specific skill set, depth of experience, relevant education or training, etc. 

Location:

This position is classified as REMOTE within the United States of America.

We are unable to hire candidates located outside of the domestic U.S.
