We're hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to help us build the next generation of web-based video editing. You’ll be a key contributor to our engineering culture and product direction, working closely with design and product in a zero-ego, high-ownership environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Build beautiful, performant, responsive web UIs using React and Next.js

  • Translate designs into high-quality code—adding the nuance that turns "good" into "great"

  • Collaborate with design and product to shape new features from concept to launch
    Implement and maintain our design system and component library

  • Own integrations with internal and 3rd-party APIs

  • Identify and eliminate technical debt, simplify architecture, and improve performance

  • Champion quality through testing, code reviews, documentation, and best practices

  • Explore new technologies through rapid prototyping and R&D

  • Contribute to a high-velocity, collaborative engineering culture

  • Stay up-to-date with AI coding tools to gain leverage and velocity

What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of professional frontend experience (React, Next.js, or similar frameworks)

  • A strong sense of product and design—your work should feel as good as it looks
    Experience building production apps from scratch

  • Solid knowledge of modern frontend architectures and web video technologies

  • Proficiency with Figma and collaborating closely with design

  • Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action

  • Bonus points for:

    • API development with Node.js

    • WebAssembly and/or WebGL

    • AI Engineering

    • Familiarity with CI/CD and APM tools
