Design user interfaces and workflows in Figma, creating mockups and prototypes
Implement your own designs in Vue.js (primary) and Next.js
Collaborate with backend engineers to design and consume RESTful/GraphQL APIs
Build robust state management and data fetching layers for complex UI requirements
Own the full design-to-code pipeline for new features
Create intuitive dashboards and visualizations using real-time API data
Handle API error states, loading patterns, and data synchronization elegantly
Conduct user research, create user flows, and iterate based on feedback
Balance aesthetic appeal with technical constraints and performance
4+ years combined experience in frontend development and UI/UX design
Strong Vue.js (Vue 3 preferred), React/Next.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS
Experience with API integration, async data handling, and state management (Pinia/Vuex, Redux)
Proficiency with REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket connections
Understanding of API design principles and ability to provide feedback to backend teams
Proficiency in Figma (or similar) for creating production-ready designs
Portfolio showing both design work and implemented projects
Understanding of design principles: typography, color theory, spacing, visual hierarchy
Experience owning features from concept through implementation
Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia)
Knowledge of backend technologies for better API collaboration
Real-time data visualization experience
OpenAPI/Swagger documentation experience
Formal design education or HCI background
Design systems experience (creating and maintaining)
Background in developer tools or technical product design
You'll own the entire experience from design to API integration. You'll shape both how the interface looks and how it communicates with our GPU infrastructure, ensuring seamless user experiences across the full stack.
