The Front End Engineer will lead teams in front-end development, establish coding standards, consult on architecture, and ensure high-quality web applications.

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced technical leader to help us successfully deliver best-
in-class digital experience platform built for our clients. The Front-end Engineering
Lead is a hybrid role, expected to advise clients on best practice architecture decisions
and lead front-end Engineering teams on coding and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Consult clients on front-end architecture, patterns, and practices
Establish front-end architecture and code organization for client web applications
Convert design artifacts to front-end requirements and reusable web components
Lead front end development on client projects, ensuring teams meet sprint
commitments
Collaborate on- and off-project with domestic and offshore team members
Set standards for front-end coding patterns and practices
Proactively enable team members to develop accessible web applications
Serve as a manager and coach to less senior team members
Requirements
Critical Competencies
Front-end development for Content Management Systems (Adobe Experience
Manager (AEM) preferred)
JavaScript driven enterprise web applications using a mainstream framework
(e.g. React)
Modern front-end build tools and task runners to optimize development and
deployment
Web development practices to achieve and validate WCAG AA level accessibility
Ability to provide estimates with varying levels of ambiguity
Energy and enthusiasm to create value, internally and for clients
Qualifications
7+ years in software engineering with proven success in a leadership role
Experience in a client-facing role, consulting preferred
Comfortable working in an iterative, agile environment
