Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Representative to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, maintaining a welcoming environment while efficiently managing front desk operations. 

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls, direct them appropriately, and take messages when necessary.
• Manage scheduling and appointment bookings efficiently using our scheduling software.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is orderly and presentable at all times.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages promptly and accurately.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
• Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or relevant role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and appointment scheduling software.
