About
Passes is a rapidly growing tech platform designed to help creators pursue their entrepreneurial dreams and connect with their followers. Founded by visionary tech leader Lucy Guo in 2022, Passes has attracted top talent from some of the world’s most recognized companies as we build a platform for scale.

About the Role
As our Front Desk & Office Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person at our Hollywood HQ—the first face people see when they walk through the door. You’ll welcome guests, make sure creators feel taken care of, and keep the daily flow of the office running smoothly. Whether it’s managing check-ins, maintaining office inventory, or jumping in to help with creator gifting and events, you’ll play a key role in creating an organized, high-energy environment.

You’ll also coordinate scheduling for our in-house podcast and recording studios, and get hands-on exposure to everything happening inside a fast-paced creative warehouse. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of the creator economy and be part of a team building something exciting.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet all guests and vendors and ensure NDAs are signed before entry
  • Manage office inventory—ordering snacks, drinks, and supplies
  • Handle all packages—receive, sort, and ship as needed
  • Support weekly creator gifting—pack and ship boxes with Sales and Creator Success teams
  • Coordinate podcast & recording studio scheduling for internal and creator use
  • Serve as the main contact for vendors and facilities-related needs
  • Jump in on special projects and assist with in-office events and experiences
  • Get firsthand exposure to content production, creator brand building, and startup ops

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years in a front desk, office coordinator, or admin role
  • Warm, professional, and proactive—you're the first impression
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Familiar with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.
  • Able to lift packages and assist with light physical tasks
  • Team player with a “no task too small” attitude and interest in the creator space

Perks & Details

  • $20/hour, full-time (Monday–Friday)
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) plan with company matching.
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Must be onsite at our Hollywood HQ 4–5 days/week
  • Fun, creator-filled office with snacks, daily lunches, music, and events
  • Great exposure to multiple areas of a growing startup
  • Opportunity to grow into Operations, People, or Facilities roles

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
