ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Front Desk Coordinator is a hands-on position, including administrative office support and phone management. They will also be responsible for office operations such as vendor relations and coordinating with landlord and D&G staff. The ideal candidate is organized, can multi-task in a fast-paced environment, has front desk experience and some office support experience.
Responsibilities:
- Front desk duties including phones and liaison between guests and clients with D&G
- Ordering food/drinks for onsite client meetings
- Work closely with IT and building as it relates to office access cards & security
- Coordinate withvarious services with office vendors
- Work closely with Head of Finance and Executive Director, IT on office-related projects
- Ad-hoc as needed
Work Hours: 9:30am – 6:30pm
Tuesday and Thursday
The rate is $25 per hour
